We are a family owned local business to Texas, working to solve problems for people in Montgomery and surrounding Counties. 


It is always a little different for each situation but the generic steps apply: 


  1. Sign and send (via text, email or hard copy) the offer letter.
  2. Title will then be opened to start the process. 
  3. Concurrently TREC approved forms will be submitted for you and CH Acres to sign expanding on all the details not discussed in initial offer letter. 
  4. CH Acres will work to verify Title, condition of the property and that everything is ready for closing. 
  5. Close on the property and collect your cash offer. 



Nothing! CH Acres will handle all transaction fees including; title, closing costs and other requirements necessary to transfer your land. If not already handled ahead of time any back taxes or liens may require your payment prior to closing but this depends on if CH Acres or you the land owner have agreed upon how to handle this.
